I have not received my order yet , but the order process went smooth so I am now waiting for the delivery. I hope it goes well with the arrival time and the quality of the order.

The sales department were well trained in coordination and marketing .

I would prefer to review once i get tracking or motor on ground…that being said ordering was easy and salesperson knowledgeable, now if i can get motor

I've bought an engine from SW before and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. It's nice to have a place that you can trust when you buy a used engine. It can be scary otherwise.

The staff answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Ordering online was quick and easy. Waiting for engine to arrive but it's still within it's 10 to 14 day so we will see.

I received my online quote for an engine lightning fast, the price was very fair with free shipping, the website was easy to navigate, and the lady that I finished up the purchase with was very polite and knew her stuff.On top of that it came with a 5 year/5000 mile warranty.Hard to beat these days.SW is the first place I will search if I ever need another engine or tranny.

We ordered our engine from SW Engines on December 22,2021. This is Jan. 3rd and have not heard anything about a shipping date yet. Hopefully will hear something soon. The ordering on the phone was easy enough and they had the engine we needed.

Online quote was quick and the price I paid. Email communication from them is good. They make the online ordering process easy

Although the delivery was slow (not sw engines but the carrier had delayed the shipment)I did receive the engine. It is being installed by a reputable mechanic.The mechanic said it looked good except for a little surface rust SW engines have so far done what they promised me. I will give another review as soon as the mechani has it running. I recommend them although some people feel different. I

While I have not yet received our purchase, I can say the ordering process was simple and efficient. When I called with questions I was well taken care of.

When I first called onto SW Engines I was lost, ( trying to help my daughter in law) I had no idea what I was actually looking for. There was 5 different options. Lisa was the lady that answered my call she told me exactly what I needed to find out and was super patient and friendly with me. When I called back with all the appropriate information she helped me strike a deal for the engine to get some money off and got me on my way. She took her time with a very worried mother. It's amazing to know that there is still a company tha company that is about helping the customer. If I ever need another engine or transmission I will definitely use this company again.

We were looking for a motor to put in a 22yr old Toyota. Of the people we contacted, SW were absolutely the best to work with. From the moment of online request to final paperwork, they were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. The best experience.

The individual on the telephone was very helpful and made the ordering process easy. Since this is our first time using this company, we are still waiting to review the entire process until the engine actually is shipped and arrived. That being said, the ordering process was very easy.

It was very easy to order from this site and when I called with a couple questions they were answered quickly and info gathered for shipping to expedite shipping. However I was told I would receive tracking info but I haven’t as of yet unless my order has not yet been shipped

SWEngines was fast and courteous. The engine shipped promptly and estimated delivery is earlier than expected. Hopefully, the engine performs as well as the customer service.
