Very easy to get a quick quote.

SWEngines staff was very friendly. The order process was simple and quick.

I still havent recieved a tracking # yet....besides that the experience was great.

Customer service was okay. Vary anxious to have my engine but have yet received a tracking number. Fingers crossed with nearly 3K in this purchase for a used part.. Glad to find Dutch a great deal!

Finding the engine I need and ordering online was simple. Waiting now to receive the engine and can review further upon installation.

Everything has went smoothly so far.Easy to order online.My only complaint is the warranty.You offer a 5 year/50k mile which is great but it seems like you’ll come up with any reason to get out of it! My son and I plan to do the engine swap but that voids warranty.We do our own oil changes but that voids warranty.My occupation is a tugboat Captain and I do maintenance on 5000 HP engines and you want to tell me a 16 yo kid that works at the oil stop is more qualified to change my oil?This is my main complaint but other than that it was easy.

Ordering was very easy and I am currently waiting on shipping. UPDATE...... Received the engine in a few weeks and it looked like a brand new motor! so clean and packed well. We put in straight in and its now been a year later and it is doing great! Defiantly will be a repeat customer when I might need another engine.

S W Engines has done a great job at delivering the product that I purchased in a timely manner. The sales department is very insightful and will make sure you get a good engine at a fair price. The shipping department , doesn't answer the phone , and will keep you on your toes and almost make you believe that your engine isn't coming and that you've been had......... However , on the 14th day of my purchase I got my tracking number and was able to retrieve my engine a few days later. Thank you SW Engines for having a business that delivers a quality product and a service that keeps it's word.

This is my third time dealing with SWE. The first time was ,for a customer who ordered the wrong transmission, i called customer service, no problems. hes still driving the truck the transmission went in three years later .. my customer(s) are happy ...im happy ..

Do not do business with these crooks. Their engines are not tested and are not stored indoors. They will send you a basket case engine that has been sitting in some wrecking yard for years and then try to tell you how good the engine is and refuse to refund your money. If anyone has had this problem with SW engines prior. You should contact your credit card company and make a claim as they have taken action for me and returned my money in full. Buyers beware. If you are looking for a junk yard engine, just search the junk yards yourself. These crooks purchased my engine from a wrecking yard for $400 and the sold it to me for $1700. Do not do business with these people.

Absolutely • Order process simple/easy-to-use? Yes, very good. Except for the required proof of ID because I was shipping to a diff address than my credit card. It was quite difficult with the copying/scanning process. It took me @ least 30-minutes and I still had to send questionable quality.
